OUR MISSION:  to provide health care and access to health care to
low income residents in our community through a network of
dedicated volunteers
Patients are eligible for clinic
services if they:

  • Have a household income of
    200% or less of the federal
    poverty level.
  • Live in Herndon, Reston,
    Chantilly or Centreville.
  • Have no insurance or
    medicaid/medicare.
