Clinics for children are held for temporary medical
care, school physicals and sports physicals.  
Children are seen Monday and Tuesday 9-5 p.m.
and Wednesday 9 a.m. -12:00 p.m.--
appointments are preferred.  All children must have
a parent present and bring proof of families income.
Clinics for adults are held for patients with high
blood pressure or diabetes and provide full medical
care, including medications, diagnostic and
preventative screenings and visits with a medical
provider.   
Eligibility applications for adults are
reviewed Thursdays 9 a.m.- 5p.m.  Appointments
are recommended.

OUR MISSION:  to provide health care and access to health care to low income residents in our
community through a network of dedicated volunteers
Patients are eligible for clinic services if they:
  • Have a household income of 200% or less of the federal poverty level.
  • Have no insurance or medicaid/medicare.

The clinic is open Monday - Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
